I graduated from Qufu Normal University in 2001, and obtained a PhD in 2008 on the consevation behaviour of Tibetan antelope from the graduate schoolo of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Subsequently, I joined Nanjing Agricultural University as a teacher until 2015. In October 2015, I was back to the Northwest Institute of Plateau Biology, CAS. Now, my research focuses on the applied animal behaviour and conservation of the wildlife on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, especially the Tibetan antelope, snow leopard, bar-headed goose and so on.
